Can detect water leaks , that the regular naked eye cannot spot. HVAC issues like leaky duct work or moisture detection on return vents.  Missing insulation in walls and ceilings. Energy loss around door and windows. With all the unlimited uses for these cameras the neatest is when I can show a client were they are losing money.

  5.   Most homeowners after the home inspection takes place,  move in there new home and usually do some updating to there new place. This is the most important time to recieve a energy efficiency evaluation. What  an EEE can do is save you alot of money.This test or inspection consists of Three different tests. The First is the Blower Door Test.  The blower door measures both the air flow through the fan and the pressure difference between the house inside and outside. Allowing the pressure to be adjusted.

      This picture above shows missing insulation in a wall cavity without insualtion and missing caulk applied to drywall joints. This allows heat and coolness to escape the buildings envelope and rack up high energy bills.
